Return and Refund Policy

HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I HAVE RECEIVED?

To return the product you bought, send an e-mail directly to info@hediko.com.tr.

Our return policy is explained below;

  1. The return period for the product is 15 days after you receive it.
    • In order for the return to be accepted, the product;
    • The package must be undamaged and unused.
    • It must be returned with all accessories and the original box.
  2. In order for the following products to be accepted for return, the packaging of the product must be unopened, untested, intact, and unused.
    • Products that are not suitable for health and hygiene (Cosmetic and personal care products, perfume, epilator, shaver, headphones, underwear products, swimwear, bikini, etc.)
    • Copyable software and programs (DVD, VCD, CD, cassettes, etc.)
    • Book and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.)
    • Returns of disposable products and products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire are not accepted.
    • If the products that require installation are opened without the knowledge of the authorized service, they are out of the scope of return.
    • White goods (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine)
    • Ovens (gas, electric, microwave)
    • Cooktops, extractors, irons, fans, heaters, coolers
    • Television

If any damage/defect is detected while opening the box of these products, you must have the authorized service personnel fill out a due diligence report in order to return the product (Make sure the problem is explained in detail in the report!). After receiving this document, you can return the product.

  1. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods or services that are subject to fluctuations in the financial markets and are not under the control of the seller and whose prices vary. (gold, silver, etc.)
    Will I be charged any fee for the return?
  2. You can send your returns FREE of charge with any return method you choose.
  3. For orders created with the free shipping campaign, if the remaining amount after the return does not meet the campaign condition, the shipping fee of your delivery may be deducted from the product price to be returned.

When will my refund be made?

  1. The refund of the product you cancel may vary depending on your bank. This period may take approximately 1 week.
  2. The refund process for the returned product is as follows;
    • After the product reaches the seller, its compliance with the return conditions is checked within 48 hours at the latest.
    • If the product complies with the return conditions, your return will be approved and your refund will be reflected on your card within 2-10 business days, depending on your bank.
    • If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.

Note:

  1. When a refund is made to your bank, a notification message will be sent to your membership e-mail address. The time it takes for the amount to reflect on your card/account depends on your bank.
  2. Refunds made to the debit card take longer to reflect on your account.
  3. The cost of shopping in installments is paid to the bank at once, but your bank returns this amount to your credit card in installments.

My 15-day return period has expired, can I return the product?

  1. According to the Distance Sales Agreement, the return period for a product purchased from the Internet or mobile is 15 days.
  2. The 15-day period starts on the day the product is delivered to you.
    Note: The return period for missing/defective/wrong-shipped products is 30 days.

I lost my invoice, how can I return it?

  1. An invoice is not required in the return process for individual orders.
  2. For corporate orders, you should issue a return invoice on behalf of the vendor and upload it to the system.
